A fine and easy way to buy bras. Very pleasant because you can do this in the comfort of your own environment (both choosing and fitting). Lots of choices (colours, styles, brands, and price classes), and it’s nice that you can create your own moodboard. Good communication.
Super cool concept! It’s so nice to try on the bras at home at your leisure. I find it less comfortable in a store. The selection was also a wide range of bras. Very satisfied with my first experience, I definitely plan to order another package in the future. Highly recommended!
Very satisfied with my first package, even though I hesitated for a long time before ordering one. Will I like the styles? Will the pieces be expensive? But all my doubts were unfounded. You give so much feedback beforehand that the package is perfectly tailored to your wishes. There is also something for every budget. I will definitely order again!

How does the deposit work?
We ask for a €25 deposit when you order your package. It’s a bit like the deposit you pay when you rent skis—our beautiful bras are worth that and so much more 😍⛷️! The deposit serves as insurance so we can continue to offer this service to as many people as possible. But our entire service is ultimately 100% free and you pay no shipping or other fees 🎉! You’ll receive the full deposit back within a maximum of 14 calendar days, once we have successfully received your return in good condition AND the items you wish to keep have been paid for.
What are the prices of the items?
Prices for a bra range from €39.95 to €120 💰. In your questionnaire, you can indicate the maximum price you wish to spend on a bra, and your Lingerie Guide will absolutely keep this in mind.
What if I don't find anything I like?
That would be a shame, but no worries! You have two options: 1) We will review your feedback and see if we can curate a new package for you. 2) You choose not to buy anything, and in that case, you pay nothing. You simply send all the items back and receive your deposit (or security fee) back. We really hope your Lingerie Guide can work together with you to find some top "catches"! 👙
Are there any shipping or return costs?
All shipping is completely free 💸! Whether it's to you or back to us, and even if you need multiple packages to find your perfect 'catch,' we cover all the costs.
What if I don't know my size (anymore)?
Don't worry, lots of people don't know their bra size, and honestly: we don't really believe in the concept of "a bra size" either 🤷. Every brand, every shape, and every collection runs differently. That's why you can simply answer "no idea" to the size questions in the questionnaire. We'll figure it out together 💖!
What brands can my package contain?
We work with 14 different top brands, and these are in different price ranges, ranging from €39.95 up to €120 for a top bra 😍. Your package will contain an average of about 4 different brands.
Can I get sets too?
Yes, absolutely 🩲! In the questionnaire, you can choose whether you want 1) panties with every bra, 2) panties with some special colors, or 3) no panties. Sometimes we don't have panties in stock for every bra in the size and fit you would like, but you can often still backorder them.
How do you give me advice?
You will find a flyer in your package with a QR code that transports you to your digital fitting room. Through this, you will receive all kinds of videos and advice on how to try things on, but also about why your Lingerie Guide made certain choices for you. You can call, WhatsApp, or email us at any time for extra help while trying things on 🤗.
How do you put my package together?
Your questionnaire and moodboard are our starting point. One of our fantastic Lingerie Guides then gets to work. We carefully read every answer, including any extra emails or info you leave, to put together the most beautiful selection for you.
What sizes do you offer?
We can offer top items from A to O-cup and from European band size 60 to 115. For panties, we range from size 36 or XS up to 52 or 5XL. In short, we have items in (almost) all sizes, scents, and colors 🟣 🟪 💜!
