Our Return Policy

Alright, time for the real ‘sexy stuff’... our return policy.

It’s super important because we’d never want you wearing a bra that isn’t absolutely perfect for you!

General information


Even after you’ve bought an item and tried on at home, you can still return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet our conditions.

In most cases, returns receive a voucher or can be exchanged for another product of equal value.

If you paid upfront (e.g., for an extra order), we’ll refund the purchase amount directly to your account.

All tags must still be attached to the item and the item must be returned in its original packaging. Item must show no visible signs of wear.

What if I’ve already removed the tags?

Since lingerie is an intimate product, we unfortunately can’t accept items that aren’t in their original condition, including all tags.

Can discounted items be exchanged?

Yes, discounted items can be exchanged, as long as all the tags are still attached.

How long until I receive my refund, credit, or exchange?

It takes a maximum of 30 calendar days to receive your refund, voucher, or exchanged product.

How do you return your package?

We ship all our packages with DPD. You must drop yours off at a DPD point 📮! Find DPD points in Belgium via this link. Always ask for your package to be scanned when you drop it off. This ensures you immediately receive an email or text confirming proof of postage. If your package goes missing, we’ll need to see this confirmation to ensure your return was sent.
